Sauvignon D.O.C.

Unique and elegant wine of straw yellow colour, more or less intense, with greenish reflections. The smell is strong, intense and aromatic, with hints of pepper, sage, cedar and acacia flowers. The taste is dry, crisp and elegant but always rewarding. Pleasant “chalice” between meals, wonderful with ham, finds easy pairing  with dishes of herbs, asparagus and fish with light sauces. Serve at a temperature of 8-10° C.
