Raboso I.G.T.

Rugged and austere wine, dark but honest, simple, a true friend. Intense ruby red colour. It reminds at the aromas of morello cherry, wild blackberry, sourcherry, with hints to the scents of cinnamon, vanilla, leather and tobacco. The taste is sumptuous, supported by a remarkable structure and powerful tannins. The flavour gives a long and pleasant aftertaste, accompanied by a strong and characteristic acidity and a high alcohol content. It combines well with game, perhaps seasoned with spices, cheeses such as Parmesan and stravecchio. Great with fat dishes. Serve at a temperature of 18° C.
