Pinot Nero I.G.T. Barrique
A wine of intense ruby red colour turning into garnet, it is obtained from the vinification of Pinot Noir selected grapes and from subsequent maturation in small oak barrels. Smell and taste are tangy, dry, tending to bitter. Its hints of spice and berries are very specials. Its fragrance is enhanced if left oxygenate in the glass. It fits well with stews and roasts. Its complexity encourages discussion among persons. Serve at a temperature of 18-20° C.
