Cabernet Sauvignon D.O.C.

Certainly it is a great wine, of intense ruby red colour with violet hues when it is young, turning into garnet with maturation. The bouquet is vinous, slightly grassy, with shaded raspberry and violet flavour. Aging the wine improves, it becomes gentle, delicate and harmonious. It is a wine for the whole meal, that it is happily combined with roasted red and white meats, poultry, game and hard cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18° C.
