Cabernet I.G.T. Barrique

Important and elaborate wine, obtained from the skilful combination of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in small oak barrels. Ruby red colour with garnet. Dry and harmonic taste with hints of herbs and spices. Open some time before consumption, it goes well with rich meat dishes of our cuisine, especially roasts and game. It is also good as a meditation wine. Serve at a temperature of 18-20° C.
